Future Foods at Gulfood 2025: From Spinach Ice Lollies to Coffee Cheese!

The annual Gulfood 2025 exhibition has kicked off at Dubai World Trade Centre and will run until February 21. This event, which highlights the most innovative food products, has nominated over 50 items across 10 categories for its Innovation Awards. Some of the standout products this year include Dutch coffee-flavored cheese, Hungarian date mustard, vegetable-based ice lollies and edible flower popsicles from UAE brand House of Pops, sugar-free quinoa jam from Peru, and freeze-dried beetroot cubes from Super Garden. One of the most intriguing items is the spinach and beetroot ice lolly, which has also been shortlisted for the Best Health & Wellness Product category. With more than 500 exhibitors from 129 countries, Gulfood 2025 is showcasing the future of the food industry.
