Sheikh Mohammed approves Dh5.4 billion housing project for Emirati newlyweds
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai, has approved a Dh5.4 billion housing initiative to construct over 3,000 homes for Emirati newlyweds. This initiative, part of Sheikha Hind bint Maktoum Family Programme, aims to enhance family stability and quality of life. The program provides comprehensive support, including wedding and housing assistance, flexible work policies, and financial literacy training. The first phase includes housing benefits for Dubai Weddings Programme participants, reduced loan premiums, and training initiatives. Emirati citizens in Dubai can register for the Dubai Weddings Programme via the ‘Emirati’ platform or the Community Development Authority.
