The city’s airports saw a 33.5% year-on-year increase in passenger numbers, reaching 13.9 million in the first half of 2024. Meanwhile, Abu Dhabi’s Green Bus Programme, utilizing hydrogen and electric technologies, won the 2024 Sustainability Innovation Award, reinforcing the city’s commitment to smart, sustainable mobility.
