Dubai Jobs: Company Gives Dh150 Million in Bonuses to Employees

A private developer in Dubai announced the distribution of Dh150 million in bonuses to employees who were not covered under its incentive programmes. The bonus, awarded in December 2024, benefitted employees across multiple departments.

Ravi Menon, chairman of Sobha Group, stated that the bonus is a reward for exceptional individuals who contributed to the company's growth with their skills, passion, and dedication. The gesture also aims to support employees amidst rising living costs in the country.
