Hail rain on Tuesday morning in Al-Ain region

Al Ain region, in the early hours of Tuesday morning, residents woke up to hail covering their yards, following a night of rain with thunder and storms in Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, and parts of Sharjah.

The UAE National Center for Meteorology (NCM) warned of dangerous weather conditions and advised residents to prepare for heavy rainfall in various areas of Abu Dhabi and Fujairah. Similarly, rain is also predicted in Dubai. This warning is a precautionary measure to ensure residents are adequately prepared for adverse weather conditions and avoid outdoor activities.

"People should take precautions during heavy rains and strong winds that can cause low visibility and falling solid objects", the meteorological department said. Residents have been asked to avoid areas prone to flash flooding and accumulating rain and hail.
