UAE: New Unified Licence to Allow Medical Professionals to Work Anywhere in the Country
The UAE is set to launch a unified national platform for licensing healthcare professionals, allowing doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and other medical specialists to work seamlessly across both public and private healthcare facilities. Announced by the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP), this initiative aims to streamline licensing procedures, reduce redundant requirements, and enhance efficiency in the healthcare sector. According to Alla Mansour Yahya, Acting Director of the Licensing and Accreditation Department at MoHAP, the project is in its final stages and will be implemented soon.
