Troubled by office politics? UAE's Institute for Future Readiness offers solutions

The Institute for Future Readiness in Dubai has launched a short-term course to help UAE professionals tackle workplace politics effectively. The programme, currently available for corporate groups, focuses on equipping participants with tools to navigate office dynamics ethically and positively. CEO and co-founder Selina Neri highlights that workplace politics isn’t inherently negative and can be managed to build influence and relationships positively. The course incorporates experiential learning, encouraging participants to share real-life challenges. Examples include being overlooked for promotions or sidelined after personal leave, issues that can be addressed by understanding organisational politics and making informed choices.
