Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum is the Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and the Ruler of Dubai. Of the three quotes that make up the facade, one translates as: “The future belongs to those who can imagine, design and implement it. It's not something you wait for, you create it."
