The restaurant was founded in 2003 by Engineer Masoud Shahidzadeh, an Iranian expat living in Dubai. It all started with a bowl of soup that didn’t taste like home. That’s when Mrs. Fariba, Mr. Shahidzadeh’s wife, stepped into the kitchen. From that day forward, she became the heart of Iran Zamin’s recipes, bringing the warmth of home to the restaurant's kitchen.

Today, their only son Sasan manages the business as Executive Director. After marrying Nazanin — an experienced expert in Gilani cuisine — the flavors of northern Iran found their way into Iran Zamin’s menu as well.

But the family story doesn’t end there. Farzad, Mrs. Shahidzadeh’s brother, is in charge of logistics, while his wife, Fatemeh, runs the catering department. Interestingly, the Iran Zamin catering service offers a unique menu designed specifically for special events and exclusive clients.
